Warranty

Note: This warranty applies only to bags purchased from the starplus2.com store (this store).  If you purchased your bag from another on-line store, please refer to that store's refund/replacement policies.

 

The Warranty

• All bags include a 1-year limited replacement warranty.
• Modular pocket panels which are used with our modular bags include a 2-year replacement warranty.

 

What is covered

Should your bag fail from normal daily use, we will replace it with the same model or a similar model if the model you have is no longer available.

Should modular pockets fail from normal daily use in a modular bag, we will replace the pocket panel with the same or similar pocket size if the panel you have is no longer available.

Should the shell of a modular bag fail but the pocket panels remain intact, we may choose to replace the bag shell only.  The pocket panels would be moved by you from the original bag to the replacement bag.

The replacement will be shipped free of charge to the address on file.

In some cases, we may ask to have the damaged item(s) shipped back to us at our cost.

 

Submitting a Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please use the "Contact Us" link which appears on all store pages.  Include your order number, a short description of the failed part(s), and an image of the bag/pocket panels.

 

Limitations

This warranty is limited to bags which adhere to the care instructions provided on the product pages and included with bag packaging.  Unless stated otherwise, machine washing and machine drying will void this warranty.

Clearance-priced items are not covered by this warranty but are covered by the 30-day refund/replacement policy.
